Our Facility

Our in-house recycle programs started like most companies, with the simple everyday sorting  of office paper, cardboard boxes and plastic bottles. However, looking at where the real waste came from and seeing day-to-day production creating dumpsters full of waste, we looked to another direction. We had to look to the products produced and the pre-consumer shop floor scrap that heavily outweighed our other efforts. Moving towards a sustainable baseline of recycle, reuse and reclaim, we started holding on to shop floor scrap, not knowing at the time, but knowing, sooner or later, it would be of use. Sooner is now.  BioGraphix has develod  a regrind program to reuse all our waste scrap from the shop floor. The often seen overloaded dumpsters are a thing of the past, and we no longer even have them. Currentlyl we coordinate the recycling of shop scrap with several other print companies who have  joined in our efforts.   After all, it is “Our environment.”
